WHAT WE DO

Founded in 2021 as a supportive ministry of The City Mission, Rise prepares to answer the call of a city in need of hope and change through strategic philanthropy. Because the truth is, when women share their energy and financial resources, we have the ability to transform an entire community.
2025 Rise Project: Elevator Renovation
Providing a safe and secure environment for our residents, staff, and visitors is a top priority. Thanks to the suppoert of Rise members, this year’s funding will go toward renovating the elevator at Laura’s Home. As the only elevator in the building, it serves as the primary means of building transportation for all residents and staff. From mom’s with strollers to residents with wheelchairs, we’re making Laura’s Home safer, and more accessible for everyone.
